MUUG (Moo-G) is a one-woman run ceramics studio, led by creatrix Mary Caddick – based in Portland, OR. All works are thrown on the wheel or hand-built in her home studio then fired to cone 6 by friends at Georgies Ceramics with their electric kilns.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time depending on the item.
We will carefully examine all items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. Stocks are subject to change at any time. Be aware that your order will be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
